Niven Rai is an affiliated Advocate in the Republic of South Africa. Even though Advocate Rai's principle consulting offices are based in uMhlanga Rocks Drive, consulting facilities are available countrywide.
Having qualified with an LLB degree at UKZN, he was then employed by Legal Aid South Africa as a Criminal Attorney. He was then requested to join the ranks of the National Prosecuting Authority of South Africa as an Advanced Public Prosecutor. Having had a fruitful and rewarding tenure with the NPA, it was then that Advocate Rai was requested to join the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development as a Magistrate.
During his years of service as a Magistrate, Advocate Rai was admitted as an Advocate in the Republic of South Africa, where his services are now available to the public. Over and above court litigation in the same manner as a Criminal Law Attorney, Fraud Investigation / Forensic Investigation and other forensic services are offered.
Advocate Rai has either appeared or presided in numerous courts countrywide. Because of his years of service with various departments within the Justice System, he still maintains harmonious relationships and a good rapport with members of the SAPS, Prosecution, Judiciary and fellow legal professionals. At the time of this print, none of the clients represented by Advocate Rai have been convicted when he has personally attended to the entirety of the trial. Advocate Rai has frequently attended to several high-profile matters.
